Before the outbreak of World War II, Britain conducted an extraordinary rescue operation. Known informally as the kindertransports, the mission was unmatched by any other country at the time. The United Kingdom opened its doors to over 10,000 endangered children, 90 percent of them Jewish, from Germany, Austria and Czechoslovakia.

Into the Arms of Strangers recounts the remarkable story of this rescue mission and its impact on the lives of the children who were saved.

Written and directed by Mark Jonathan Harris, produced by Deborah Oppenheimer and narrated by Judi Dench, Warner Bros. Pictures presents a Sabine Films Production.
